Beef Stew Recipe
2 lbs stew meat
5 big carrots, coined
1 head cabbage, chopped
2 parsnips, coined
1 bag frozen pearl onions
1 can sweet peas
1/2 container beef broth
2 small cans tomato paste
1 tsp minced garlic
salt and pepper
Add salt and pepper to stew meat and brown in olive oil or bacon grease.
Place browned meat into instant pot.
Add chopped veggies, beef broth, one can tomato paste, garlic, and pearl onions.
Cook in instant pot on stew setting 70 min.
After cooking time is complete add 1 can of drained peas and one additional can of tomato paste.
Salt and pepper to taste, enjoy!
