During each visit to Stellar Health and Wellness for integrative nutrition counseling, we will take a body composition reading to measure the amount of fat and muscle in your body, calculate your “body age” and take measurements from your neck down to your calves. All of this will help us track the changes your body will be making. We will monitor the progress you have made from month to month and celebrate your results.

After each visit you will know how much water to drink, food substitutions you may want to incorporate, how to successfully dine out, when to weigh in, and what to do if you get off track.         

We use a HIPAA compliant app to stay in touch daily. Each day, you will spend about 30 seconds per meal to log in your food choices. This will allow us to see what you are eating, help you troubleshoot, make suggestions, encourage, and celebrate with you! This daily accountability can be the key to your success.
