Nutrition Response Testing (NRT) is a non-invasive, yet very precise tool used to evaluate the health of organ systems and identify nutritional deficiencies. This technique uses muscle testing and organ reflex points to gather information. A weakened muscle response correlated with pressure over an organ reflex point, identifies stress in that organ.
While you lay on your back the practitioner will raise your arm and test the muscle of your extended arm. If the organ/area being contacted is “active” the nervous system will respond by reducing energy to the extended arm, and the arm will weaken and drop. This drop signifies underlying stress or dysfunction, which can be affecting your health.
A skilled practitioner can identify what therapies your body will be most responsive to. Does your body need herbs, nutrition, pharmaceuticals, dietary modifications? Any recommendations made without the use of muscle testing are guesses at best. NRT takes the guess work out of the equation so you can be provided with a treatment plan beneficial to your health the first time around.
