Adjusting your diet isn’t just about losing weight. It’s about finding the right way to nurture your body. It can be frustrating to feel like you just can’t find a diet that works for you, but the truth is not all diets will work for everyone. There is no one-size-fits all diet. That is why at Stellar Health & Wellness we work closely with each of our patients to find a customized approach to improving their diet.
There are many benefits to working with an Integrative Nutritionist. Weight loss, decreasing inflammation, stabilizing blood sugar, lowering blood pressure, and keeping Auto-immune Disease at bay are just a few welcome side effects of making dietary changes! After visiting with our Integrative Nutritionist, Amy Hardesty, you will have a designed-for-you approach to building your new diet. You will soon be on your way to a happier, healthier you.
First, we take into consideration what your food likes and dislikes are, what programs you have tried in the past, what your schedule is like, if you have any food intolerances or allergies, and much more. From there, we will create a custom meal plan that is macro-balanced to allow your body to release the optimal amount of fat! You will also receive a custom exercise program that will help you achieve your desired results.
At Stellar Health & Wellness, we diligently follow through with our patients to help them stay on track. Our job doesn’t end when we’ve designed a custom diet and exercise program for you. We also use a HIPAA compliant app to stay in touch with our clients daily. Each day, you will spend about 30 seconds per meal to log in your food choices. This will allow us to see what you are eating, as well as help you troubleshoot, make suggestions, encourage, and celebrate with you! This daily accountability can be the key to your success.
Stellar Health & Wellness will help you get real results with real food and real support. You will never be alone on your journey to health. Our staff will work in tandem with you to develop a treatment plan that addresses your specific symptoms, concerns, and lifestyle.
